A: Yes, every product undergoes rigorous electrical testing, continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and visual inspection before shipment. For high-precision projects, we also offer 100% full-function testing or custom testing per customer requirement.
Q8: What is your standard for quality assurance?
A: Our factory operates under a strict quality management system. All products go through IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-process Quality Control), and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control). All inspection results are traceable and archived for long-term reliability assurance.
Q9: Do you have any standard products in stock?
A: Yes. While most of our work is custom-made, we do carry inventory of certain standard items like USB cables, DC power cables, and signal wire harnesses. These are available for quick delivery.

Sample
Q1: Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes, we highly encourage sample requests. For standard or simple items, samples may be provided free of charge (excluding shipping). For highly customized items, sample fees may apply and can be deducted from your bulk order later.
Q2: What is the typical lead time for samples?
A: For standard or in-stock samples: within 2–3 working days.
For custom-developed samples: 5–10 working days depending on complexity, design, and component availability.
Q3: Will my samples be the same as the mass production items?
A: Yes. All samples are produced using the same raw materials, techniques, and quality standards as the bulk production. This ensures consistency in performance, durability, and appearance.
Q4: Can I make changes to the sample after receiving it?
A: Absolutely. The sample stage is for validation and feedback. We encourage clients to provide suggestions for revision, and we will assist in refining the design for optimal performance and production efficiency.
Q5: Do you offer testing reports with the samples?
A: Yes. Upon request, we can provide testing reports for electrical properties (continuity, resistance, insulation), as well as any other quality inspection results.
Orders
Q1: Do you accept OEM and ODM orders?
A: Yes, we specialize in both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing). Whether you already have a design or need us to develop one, we can provide complete one-stop service from prototyping to mass production.
Q2: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For OEM orders: MOQ is 100 pieces.
For ODM (design + production): MOQ is 1,000 pieces.
Special projects can be evaluated case-by-case for flexibility.
Q3: What’s your average production lead time?
A: For small orders and standard products: 5–7 working days.
For large or fully customized orders: 10–25 working days.
This includes procurement, assembly, testing, and final packaging.
Q4: Do you offer backup units for large orders?
A: Yes. For bulk orders, we usually provide 0.3% to 0.5% extra units as backup, ensuring you have spare parts for replacements or future use.
Q5: How is the warranty handled for defective products?
A: All products are covered by a 12–36 month warranty. If defective products exceed 0.1% of the total shipment, we offer replacement in your next order or refund after review of photo/video evidence.
Q6: Can you help with promotional materials?
A: Yes. For long-term clients, we offer support with marketing materials such as high-resolution product photos with your logo, customized packaging designs, and branding assistance.
Q7: Do you accept trial or sample orders before bulk purchase?
A: Yes. We encourage new clients to start with trial or sample orders to test our product quality, service, and responsiveness.
Q8: Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
A: If production hasn’t started, we accept changes or cancellations. If materials have been prepared or manufacturing has started, we will discuss the best solution with you based on the status.
Q9: Do you support drop shipping or third-party logistics?
A: Yes, we can ship products directly to your designated warehouse or to your clients using your shipping labels. We also support Amazon FBA packaging.
Q10: How do I track my order progress?
A: Once your order is placed, a dedicated account manager will be assigned to you. We will provide regular updates on production, testing, packaging, and shipment status.

Q1: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept:
T/T (Bank Transfer)
PayPal (for small orders or sample fees)
We issue proforma invoices and send confirmations upon payment receipt.

A: Yes, for long-term clients or large orders, we offer payment terms such as 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Open account terms can be considered after credit evaluation.
