Payment Methods Accepted By Sino-conn
Here are the official payment methods accepted by us. If you have any questions regarding payments or if someone provides payment details not listed here, please contact us at info@sino-conn.com for verification.
1 T/T Transfer From All Countries
Wire transfer is the most commonly used method in international trade, offering one of the lowest transfer fees,typically between $20 and $40, depending on the bank, for any amount in USD.
You can complete a wire transfer either by visiting a local bank or using an online wire transfer service. Please note that the following information only supports SWIFT (wire transfer/TT) and the local CHATS network in Hong Kong. Cheques, cash deposits, and ATM transfers are not supported.
2 Paypal Payment (Credit Card Accepted)
For sample orders, we primarily accept PayPal. We can either send you a PayPal invoice with a payment link or you may choose to pay directly to our PayPal account.
If you wish to use PayPal for a bulk order payment, please confirm with us first to ensure it’s an acceptable option. Note that for bulk orders, an additional 5% fee will apply to cover PayPal’s transaction charges on our end.
3 Alibaba Trade Assurance（Or Alibaba.com Pay）
To offer a wider range of payment options to suit different needs, our company has become a certified top Alibaba Supplier,enabling us to provide the Trade Assurance Payment service.
To complete your payment, please provide us with your Alibaba account email. We will then create a Trade Assurance order on Alibaba and guide you through the payment process.
Please note that each payment should not exceed $5,000. If the total amount is greater, we will need to divide it into multiple payments.
4 Through Your Freight Forwarder in China（T/T,WeChat,Alipay） Or Third-party Payment Processors（Western Union,PingPong,MoneyGram...）
If cross-border payments are challenging in your country, we offer additional payment options to accommodate the needs of our international partners. Our company has set up various domestic payment channels and third-party accounts to facilitate cross border transactions, ensuring smooth and secure business operations.
To complete the payment, please provide us with your freight forwarder’s details in China. We will promptly contact your agent to confirm the entrusted order items and verify the payment amount. Then, we will share our domestic bank account information and a payment QR code, guiding your agent to complete the payment in RMB.
